SLED 相關設定:
To check the minimum shelf life in the goods receipt for the purchase order, the
following prerequisites must be met:
1) The shelf life expiration date check must be activated for the plant and the
movement type in Customizing for Inventory Management under Goods
Receipt → Set Expiration Date Check.
2) In the purchase order item, make sure the remaining shelf life is maintained
(item detail Delivery tab page). You can enter a default value for
the remaining shelf life in the material master record (General plant
data/storage).
Info Record 也有時效料的天數欄位, 建Info Record 時會自動帶物料主檔的時校設定, 雖然之前有清除物料主檔時效料的設定, 新建的Info Record 就不會有時效料的設定
但是舊的已經建好Info Rec. 還是保有舊的設定,
開PO 的時候, 又把時效天數從 Info Rec. 自動帶到PO
造成GR的時候, 又要輸入過期日期, 否則無法GR
所以, 需要清除 Info Rec. 時效天數設定, 之後GR就不會再要求輸入過期日期
如果, IMG 已經設定啟用SLED check, 物料主檔有填 Total shelf life 的天數, GR 的時候就要輸入製造日期
GR date - 製造日期 不能超過 Total shelf life 的天數, 貼圖是 730 天
